CSGA's cyber accelerator founders first philosophy recognizes the importance of supporting leaders in the fast-paced highly-pressurized world of entrepreneurship. The teams they build and lead determine the success of their products and companies, as well as the quality of the startup experience. The CSGA Cyber Accelerator leadership program is designed to provide leaders the awareness and tools they need to navigate different stages of their journey and is specifically oriented toward the importance of teaming. Throughout the CSGA Cyber Accelerator program founders have access to resources that help build their expertise and capabilities as leaders as well as support and grow those they've brought into their startup family. CSGA Cyber Accelerator's emphasis on leadership is an important part of our Wellbeing program as well as the philosophy that it's not just what you do, but how you do it that matters.
Coaching
Through the CSGA Cyber Accelerator program founders learn about and experience the value of executive coaching as a means to honing leadership capabilities, building and supporting teams, and navigating transitions and stress. Executive coaching is an experiential and individualized leader development process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short and long term organizational goals. It is conducted through one-on-one interactions with the coach, and is driven by data from multiple perspectives and based on mutual trust and respect. Executive coaching focuses on developing an executive’s ability to influence, motivate, and lead others as well as on strategic thinking skills. Through coaching, the executive client will deepen his or her ability to develop new ways of thinking, feeling, acting, learning, leading, and relating to others to build individual and organizational effectiveness.
